In Development: Prototype Phase

Step into the Future of Hydration.

We are engineering a mechanical retrofit for high school water fountains. Our goal is simple: eliminate button contact and modernize campus hygiene.

The Mechanism

CAD Modeling Phase

Designing for maximum durability in high-traffic hallways.

Why High Schools?

High school water fountains are some of the most touched surfaces on any campus. Current "bottle filler" upgrades are expensive and often require replacing the entire unit.

  • Cost-effective alternative to electronic sensors.
  • Mechanical design ensures long-term reliability.
  • Quick installation with zero plumbing changes.
90% Touch Reduction
0 Batteries Required

"Our goal is to make hands-free hydration accessible to every high school budget, not just the elite ones."

The Design Concept

Converting vertical foot pressure into horizontal button activation.

1

Foot Pedal Base

A durable, non-slip base designed to sit at the foot of any standard water fountain.

2

Linkage System

A tension-based cable or rod system that transmits the step force up to the fountain head.

3

Button Actuator

A universal clamp that sits over the existing fountain button, activating it when the pedal is pressed.

Development Roadmap

Q1

Prototype Phase (Current)

Finalizing mechanical CAD drawings and material testing for the 3D-printed alpha units.

Q2

Durability Testing

Stress testing mechanisms to withstand 100,000+ presses (simulating high school hallway traffic).

Q3

High School Beta Pilot

Installing first-gen units in select high schools to gather student and faculty feedback.
